MortgageIQ ("the App") is a mortgage scenario calculator for iPhone, developed by VA-Tech LLC. This policy explains how the App handles your information.
Short version: We collect nothing. The App has no internet connection, no accounts, and no tracking of any kind. All data you enter stays on your device.
Data We Collect
None. The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. All data you enter — loan amounts, interest rates, scenario names, and other figures — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and never leaves it.
Analytics & Tracking
The App contains no analytics SDKs, crash-reporting services, advertising networks, or third-party tracking of any kind.
iCloud & Backups
The App does not use iCloud sync. Your scenario data may be included in standard iOS device backups (iCloud Backup or iTunes/Finder backup) as part of the normal iOS backup process, which is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
Permissions
The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or any other device resource.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
